We are here to help. We will go over your bill with you and speak on your behalf to the insurance company to make sure that you are being charged a fair and reasonable rate.  We protect you from overplaying on medical bills. Our clients receive personal billing and statement consultations, instructions on finding the least expensive medications, instructions on how to redeem your benefits, as well as reminders of available benefits and how to use them. We submit claims on your behalf to your Insurance Provider, and make sure you fully understand which part of the bill you are responsible for. Don't pay your bills until you talk to us!

Online resources and over-the-phone telemarketers are not concerned with you personally. We want to know about your needs, so that we can find the solution that works best for YOU. We narrow down the 40+ options to 2 or 3 good choices that fit your needs for you to decide between. 

Unlike online assistants and tele-marketers, we prefer that you don’t make an immediate decision. We would rather you take your time to consider your needs and your options. We walk beside you through this journey. If your needs change, we will talk through that and change your plan to one that better fits your needs. 

We meet up again and reevaluate your options. We help research options and replacements, so that you can make an individual decision. Husbands and wives will have different needs, so they could have different plans. We are here to inform you and help you navigate the world of Medicare.
